In addition to the other suggestions, I’d try skipping your toner for a few weeks. Dr. Dray says even the alcohol-free thayer’s can be drying, unless you have very oily skin and want to remove any excess sebum after cleansing. The best way I have found to seal moisture, is her technique of applying moisturizer directly to damp skin (or you could use another hydrating product).
